Ambitious project, just by the Main Railway Station, in the very heart of the city intends to cover the open rail yard area with a concrete deck. This enables more than 100 000 sq m² of new office and commercial space, including top floor housing and a multi-purpose arena for 11 000 spectators. NCC invited Studio Daniel Libeskind to participate in this project to refine architectural concept.
